Case Number 221: This El Dorado Hills mother of two decided to change her saline implants for silicone because she wanted a more natural feel and to decreaase the rippling she felt with her current implants. Her 400 cc smooth saline submuscular implants were exchanged to 500 cc smooth high profile silicone gel implants. She recovered quickly and has since referred several patients to our office for silicone implants!
