Case Number 135:
This 46 year old woman who lives in Sacramento was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen after a vertical hysterectomy, in addition to her Cesearean scars. She also desired to improve the appearance of her breasts.
During a simultaneous tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and mastopexy (breast lift without implants), we removed the abdominal scars and replaced them with a single low lying scar, and tightened up her abdominal wall musculature. We also lifted her breasts using a lollipop style incision.
