This 33 year old Placerville woman completed her family and desired her breasts to be restored to a more full shape. We discussed the various options for breast enhancement.
This patient had saline implants placed below the muscle using periareolar incisions. She was very pleased with the results. Post-operative images are shown at 4 months.
