Case Number 125:
This 50ish year old woman from San Francisco has long considered breast reduction surgery. She had a very bad experience with medicine as a young child and took a long time to overcome her fear of surgery. After the back pain and discomfort of her breast finally became too much, she elected to undergo breast reduction and lifting.
She underwent an "anchor" style breast lift in order to adequately address the lateral fullness and of her breasts. She was immediately thrilled. She said a weight of years had been taken off her chest.
